Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through Petal Vault, you are making a request to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.

Your electronic order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or that fulfilment has begun.

Petal Vault reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is a pricing error, product availability issue, payment problem, or other operational concern.

Payment & Billing

Refunds & Returns

Preserved floral arrangements, personalized products, custom pieces, and other made-to-order items may not be eligible for return once preparation has begun.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has an eligible issue, please contact Petal Vault promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Cancellation & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact Petal Vault as soon as possible after placing the order.

Because certain products may be prepared, personalized, arranged, or purchased specifically for your order, processing may begin shortly after the order is received.

Once preparation or processing has begun, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom floral arrangements, personalized gifts, custom messages, and other made-to-order products may require additional preparation and may be subject to specific pricing or availability.

Once a custom or personalized order has entered preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

You are responsible for reviewing personalized details, messages, names, dates, and other information before submitting your order.

Delivery & Recipient Information

Petal Vault will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on the requested delivery date.

Requested delivery dates may be estimates and delivery times are not always guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, traffic, incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or other delivery-related circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and any instructions required to complete delivery.

Natural & Product Variations

Flowers and other natural materials can naturally vary in colour, size, shape, texture, and appearance.

Product photographs are intended to represent the overall style and character of an item. Individual pieces may not be visually identical to photographs shown on the website.

Where necessary, Petal Vault may make reasonable substitutions while maintaining the overall quality, style, value, and intended appearance of the product.

Customer-Supplied Content
